My Story

Some people come to me after a bereavement, trying to sort out a loved one's affairs with no Will in place. Others come after buying a home, having children, or reaching a point where they want to get things in order.

Whatever brings you here, the reason I do this work is the same. To make sure your family never has to deal with unnecessary stress, delay or cost at an already difficult time.

I have worked in financial services for over 20 years and founded My Will Plan after seeing the same issue repeatedly. People had pensions, investments and financial plans in place, but no Will, no Lasting Power of Attorney, and no clear plan for what would happen to everything they had built.

Estate planning is the part that ties everything together.

​

Without it, even the best financial plan can unravel.

I hold a STEP Certificate in Financial Services, Trusts and Estate Planning, a qualification designed for professionals advising on wills, trusts and estate planning. I am also a member of the Society of Will Writers, working to a professional code of practice and holding full professional indemnity insurance.

My approach is straightforward. I take time to understand your situation, explain your options in plain English, and help you put the right documents in place. No jargon, no pressure, and no unnecessary complexity.

I work with families, individuals and business owners across Rossendale, Ramsbottom, Bury, Haslingden and North Manchester, and offer appointments by phone, video call or face to face.
