• Business / Agricultural Will: A will that is specifically tailored to the needs of business owners or farmers. This type of will will take into account your business assets, your farming interests, and your succession plans.

• Business Cross Option Agreement: An agreement between two or more business owners that gives each owner the right to purchase the other owner's shares in the business. This type of agreement can be used to ensure that the business remains in the hands of the original owners, even if one of them dies or becomes incapacitated.

• Business Lasting Power of Attorney: A legal document that appoints someone to manage your business affairs if you become incapacitated. This type of power of attorney can be used to make decisions about your business finances, your employees, and your property.

• Shareholder Agreements: An agreement between the shareholders of a company. This type of agreement can be used to set out the rights and responsibilities of the shareholders, as well as the procedures for resolving disputes.

• Pension Nomination Form: A form that you can use to nominate someone to receive your pension benefits if you die. This type of form is important to complete if you want to ensure that your pension benefits are paid to the person you want them to go to.

• Trusts Registration Service: We can help register your trust with HMRC which is now a legal requirement for some trusts

• Deeds of Variations: A deed of variation is a legal document that allows you to change the terms of your will after it has been made. This type of document can be used to update your will if your circumstances have changed since you made it.

• Court of Protection Deputyship Application: If you are unable to make decisions for yourself because of a mental or physical incapacity, you may need to apply to the Court of Protection for a deputy to be appointed to make decisions on your behalf.
